Shipping Policy
No Returns On Any Merchandise.
Exchanges On Defective Merchandise Only.
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Most of our merchandise is shipped
via UPS, and some is shipped via Priority Mail.
Shipping cost to any location in the lower 48 US states is based on the UPS
standard shipping table regardless of amount of order, size, and weight (Except
for items marked otherwise such as oil and frames, and those items that must be
shipped via freight carriers or special order items).
Actual shipping and handling will be charged on all orders to anywhere outside
of the lower 48 US states (minimum of $5.99).
Backorders:
Items temporarily out of stock are automatically shipped when available unless
you indicate no backorders.
If you do not want us to hold a backorder, please call 1-561-324-2946 or e-mail sales@wrappedandreadygifts.com and
cancel the item(s) ordered.
Damaged Shipments:
Indicate DAMAGED when you sign for the material. Keep the shipping carton. Hold
the goods. Call 1-561-324-2946 or e-mail
sales@wrappedandreadygifts.com for instructions.
Note: You must report damaged goods or shortages within 10 days of date of
invoice.
All returns must be returns within 30 of purchase. No returns will be accepted
after 30 days after days of purchase. |
